Trapani Tour & Transfer exists to help travellers see this corner of Sicily properly — privately, without middlemen, and within the time they actually have.

Who's behind the service

Trapani Tour & Transfer is personally managed by local expert Giuseppe Gervasi, with direct contact from the first enquiry to the planning of your day.

Born in Trapani, Giuseppe started in hotels in 2001 and worked through every role up to hotel manager, before specialising in tourism communication, experiences and transport for travellers.

Giuseppe coordinates around 1,600 transfers each year, managing bookings, planning and operations across direct services and trusted local partners, for travellers from all over the world. The private days on this site are planned by Giuseppe personally: when you write or call, you talk directly to the person who makes the decisions — no call centre and no platform in between.

Local, not generic

Knowing the ground makes the day work

Being from here helps. Giuseppe knows the places and local specialities most visitors never hear about, and the practical details that make a day run well.

A good private day here depends on things a map does not tell you: how long the climb to Erice really takes, that Segesta sits out in open country inland, that San Vito Lo Capo is at the far tip of the cape and Palermo is a long day east.

It also means knowing which places sit well together — Erice with Segesta or with the salt pans below it, Marsala with Mazara del Vallo — and which deserve a day to themselves.

And it means knowing that the places differ in kind. Hill towns are for walking slowly, the salt pans change with the light, the ancient sites ask for time on foot. The pace of the day is set around that, and around you.

How we work

01
Private by default
Whatever you book, the vehicle carries your party and nobody else.
02
Clear before you book
Fares and from-prices are on the site, and you receive the price for your day before you confirm. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before.
03
Direct communication
You deal with us by phone or WhatsApp, in English or French — not through a platform or an agent.
04
A day that fits the traveller
The route, the stops and the pace are agreed with you, and can be adjusted on the day.

Where we go

Everything starts from Trapani

Most of the places we visit are in the province of Trapani: Erice above the city, the salt pans on its edge, Segesta inland, Marsala and Mazara del Vallo along the south-west coast, San Vito Lo Capo at the north-west cape. Palermo and Monreale are the exception — a full day out from Trapani, not a local service in Palermo.

Plan your day with us

Send your dates and what you would like to see. We will reply with a proposal and a price — nothing is booked until you confirm.
